I bought this in July 2025, and I'm still using it a year. I mainly use it for my lower back, knees, and shoulders, and for me it helps a lot with soreness and pain. The size is great too. I can lay on it, put it over me like a blanket, or wrap it around different areas. I even use the lowest setting on my face.
