I brought a bundle package of colours patron for skincare and portable light for my treatment every night. I have trigger finger for years. But nothing can help then I keep on the lights for my routine every night before sleep. Luckily, my trigger finger is healing now and it is still my buddy for my foot pain every day. Recently, I brought a red light mattress for my family member to use it. Of course! I try it first; wow, it's excellent for me so relaxed that I really wanted to sleep. I've been looking for a good red light therapy stand for my home spa for a couple of years to match the other ones I bought but couldn't find one that is universal to fit the lamps I already own until I found this one. It was exactly what wanted and easy to assemble by myself. I ordered another one to complete my setup. It's heavy duty and doesn't take up a lot of space. I assembled it in less than 15 minutes.

I cannot say enough good things about this red light therapy device; it truly has changed my life. I ordered this and started using it specifically to help with period cramps by putting the box right in front of my lower abdomen. I began by using it three times a week, and over time worked up to about 10 minutes each night. Since then, my cramps have completely disappeared. Most of my life I have dealt with debilitating menstrual pain and nausea during my period with pain relievers being the only temporary solution. I've recommended this to at least 10 friends already because I've seen such a noticeable difference personally. I now use it on my face as well and spot treat if I have a sore or inflamed area.

It seems my brother and sisters have all purchased the Red Light Therapy light from BESTQOOL. I helped my elder sisters set up their own lights so they can use it easily. I have mine set up for 2 sessions a day - morning the red light for face and chest, then the NR for evening on my shoulders from the back. I really think the NR session not only helps my shoulders but also with going to sleep and staying asleep throughout the night.

I was initially skeptical about the use of red light therapy, but a neighbor, who is a doctor, convinced me to give it a try. Outrigger canoeing, CrossFit and long teaching days on my feet takes a toll on back muscles especially. I also had a close call with a hamstring pull that responded to healing with the red light. Because it's box shaped and can be propped up- that allows flexibility in treatment options. Very pleased so far!
