Warranty Process

Step1: please send the warranty claims including an order screenshot (order number and purchasing time), photos or a video of the defective device and a full description about the defect of the product to:

Step2: please ship the defective device to our warehouse after receiving a return shipping label once the warranty claim is confirmed.
