30-day return period
Since we offer free shipping within the U.S., return shipping is paid by the customer. Please note that we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged shipments that are returns. Please note your name and order number on the return, returns shipped after 30 days will not be accepted.
All kits and configurations must be returned in full with original packaging for all devices and components. Must be in like-new condition. Returns without all the original packaging and components will be subject to a $25 fee. If applicable, this fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. If the returned light is damaged in any way or returned in un-sellable condition, the shipment will be refused/returned to sender.
All products listed as Final Sale and Refurbished items are non-refundable. Purchased Final/Refurbished items are NOT eligible for our standard return.
A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for all orders that are refused at the carrier level and returned to us.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your paypal or original method of payment.
