Return Policy
30-day return period
If the reason for return is not related to a product quality issue, return shipping is to be paid by the customer. Please note that we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged shipments that are returns. Please note your name and order number on the return, returns shipped after 30 days will not be accepted.
Within 30 days of purchase, you need to ship the defective devices to our warehouse. We will cover the shipping cost from you to our warehouse. Once we receive the device, we will repair it free of charge. For devices that are beyond 30 days from the original invoice date, a service to ship the defective product for repair or replacement to our facility is available, but you will be responsible for the associated shipping costs to the local logistics company.
All kits and configurations must be returned in full with original packaging for all devices and components. If the returned light is damaged in any way or returned in un-sellable condition, the shipment will be refused/returned to sender.
All products listed as Final Sale and Refurbished items are non-refundable. Purchased Final/Refurbished items are NOT eligible for our standard return.
The warranty on refurbished products lasts for 1 year. No warranty extension, exchange or refund & return service is provided for the refurbished product.
We do not charge restocking fees within the 30-day return period.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at help@bestqool.com.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your paypal or original method of payment.
Delivered but not received (if applicable)
If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact our support team for assistance. After review, we will arrange a one-time replacement shipment.
Please note that refunds are not available for packages marked as delivered. In this situation, a one-time replacement shipment will be offered as the resolution.
