Before returning the product, we’d like to offer a simple solution by replacing the sticker. Here are the steps:
1. Contact our support team at help@bestqool.com and provide photos of the issue, as well as the lot number on the back of the device; more information is for more effective assistance.
2. If you agree, we will send you a new sticker to see if it solves the problem. Please replace the controller sticker manually according to the following procedure:
