When a red light therapy voice command does not respond, do not assign a cause from the failed command alone. First, confirm that the panel is on and test one physical control. If the physical control works, check the model’s current instructions for the exact command and any listening conditions before testing that command once. If the physical control also fails, stop testing speech and follow the model’s power instructions instead.
When the panel works but voice control does not

Use one known command as your test. Do not improvise the wording or test several phrases at once. Read the command from the panel or its current instructions, say it normally, and wait for the expected change before trying again.
For the BestQool Sauna Red Light Therapy panel, voice control is designed to work without Wi-Fi after the panel is turned on. Stand within about 2 meters (6.6 feet), keep the path to the panel clear, and use a command listed on the back of the device. Check the current product instructions if the printed command list differs from anything you used before.
If a listed command works from close range but not from your usual position, distance or an obstruction is changing the result. Move back gradually and stop at the last position where the same command works reliably. That gives you a usable position without inventing a different command or repeatedly raising your voice.
When neither voice nor physical controls respond
A voice command cannot operate a panel that is not in its working state. Check that the power connection is seated and look for the normal display, indicator, or other startup response described in your model’s instructions.
If the panel shows no response at all, follow the manufacturer’s documented power troubleshooting rather than treating it as a microphone problem. Contact support if those checks do not restore normal operation.
For the BestQool sauna panel, the panel may become warm during a long sauna session, and its two cooling fans and side ventilation help dissipate heat. Its splash protection does not permit submersion. Follow the current product instructions for operating limits.
For a general household check, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission's home electrical safety checklist recommends keeping cords out of foot traffic and replacing damaged cords rather than continuing to use them.
When commands respond only sometimes
Return to the conditions that worked: use the same listed phrase, stand at the same distance, and keep the same clear path. Change only one condition at a time. If moving closer restores the response, keep using the closer position. If removing an obstacle restores it, leave that path clear during operation.
An intermittent response that continues under the same close, clear conditions needs model-specific help. Note the exact command, whether a physical control still works, and what the panel does after the command. Those details give support a clearer starting point than “voice control is broken.”
