How to use red light therapy on body and skin?

If you position your red light directly against your body, your session could be done in just a few minutes. Our panels deliver more than 5 joules of light per minute of use from 6 inches away. Dose is measured in J/cm²(Joules per centimeter squared). The greater the power density, the less time it will take for your cells to receive the desired dose. Dose= Power Density x Time. If you want a simple protocol that works well, irradiate yourself for 10 minutes, once or twice a day per area. Be sure to assess how you feel afterwards. Nobody knows your body better than you do.

How quickly does a red light therapy device work?

The good news is that led red light therapy does start helping your body from the very first session, but continued therapy helps achieve more lasting results. You may feel minor results immediately, but the best results are achieved over 4 weeks.

Do I need to use eyewear during treatments?

Yes, eye protection should be used when NIR mode is active, we recommend wearing eyewar when facing the device during the treatment.

Are there any side effects to using near infrared red light therapy products?

Red light therapy are safe and is not associated with any side effects, at least if used as recommended session times and frequencies. Notice: NIR could be unsafe to the eyes, wear eye protection if NIR in on to facial area.
