Dose is measured in J/cm²(Joules per centimeter squared). The greater the power density, the less time it will take for your cells to receive the desired dose. Dose= Power Density x Time. If you want a simple protocol that works well, irradiate yourself for 10 minutes, once or twice a day per area. Be sure to assess how you feel afterwards. Nobody knows your body better than you do.

Treatment Guideline

We recommend:

For skin tissues: 6 inches (15.2 cm) away, 30–45 mins per session, every day.
For deeper tissues: 6 inches(15.2 cm) away, 70-90 mins per session, every day.

If your usage distance exceeds 6 inches (15.2 cm), please increase the treatment time. The farther the distance, the lower the irradiance. To achieve the equivalent dose, you need to increase the treatment time.
