Solution:

Folding the Redot L/M could potentially harm the circuitry within its thick protective foam. When stored correctly, it will have a longer lifespan. Please consider trying the following steps:

1. Roll up the mat gently without folding.
2. Fasten it with the provided strip.
3. Store the belt in a dry, room-temperature place.
